Can I use ordinary access point for cisco 7921 wireless Phone?

I want to deploy Cisco ip 7921 wireless phone, Apart from cisco controller and cisco access point, Can I use Net gear, Dlink & Motorola access points to install 7921 wireless phone.

Any detail help will be appreciated.

You should, the 7921 phone follows the 802.11 standards very well, and supports most of the security protocols (I have some using WPA2 with 802.1x).

I would, however, highly recommend using an AP that supports WMM, and this may not be available on some of the SOHO boxes.
