Correct, you have to get yourself a phone with enterprise firmware. The phone models would just have a "K9=" suffixed, something like "CP-7821-K9="
That is not just for CME or a particular version. 3PCC models are for non-Cisco or 3rd Party call agents.

Thanks for answer
I have already tried it but no luck,
To be clear I have CME router based solutions, so should it work with this ?
Thank you

Hello, thanks for answer, as I wrote above (first report) when I enter voice-pool type 7821 I received:
ERROR: 7821 is built-in phonemodel, can not be changed
Now, I tried debug registration of phone 7821 and I found this:
009436: May 4 10:05:29: TFTP: Server request for port 51094, socket_id 0x313FCAF8 for process 333
009437: May 4 10:05:29: TFTP: read request from host 192.x.x.12 (51094) via Port-channel1.12
009438: May 4 10:05:29: TFTP: Looking for 7821-3PCC.xml
009439: May 4 10:05:29: TFTP: Sending error 1 No such file
009440: May 4 10:05:29: TFTP: Server request for port 50849, socket_id 0x313FCAF8 for process 333
009441: May 4 10:05:29: TFTP: read request from host 10.67.24.117(50849) via Port-channel1.12
009442: May 4 10:05:29: TFTP: Looking for Cisco/CP-7821-3PCC/74860b8e0320.cfg
009443: May 4 10:05:29: TFTP: Sending error 1 No such file
According debug above I found, that I have to upgrade IP phone with 3PCC software, so I guess it is a issue.
Phone 7821 is new, question is, if all phones have to be with 3PCC software or I can buy it with enterprise image.
Thanks

Hello,
Yes, I understand, i cannot have a fast track.
Okay, I have a CP-7821-3PCC-K9, so if I want to use it with CME 10.5, I have to buy phone with enterprise software, or is there any way to solve it ?
I think the best way will be to buy phones with enterprise firmware, what about You ?
Thank you
