Having the following issue:
I'm connected to company network via Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client.
Connected to IP phone via Cisco Jabber 10.5.1.
Can make an internal call to any company phone number, but NOT to an outside phone number.
We use the # key when I'm at the office to make outside calls, but that doesn't work via VPN.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like your CUCM is configured to use device mobility and local route group routing and roaming device pool does not allow PSTN access. To confirm find the device in CUCM, select it and click "View current device mobility settings" URL link, check if there is a "roaming device pool" selected.
