Can't transfer call to an internal line from external line

Hi all,

I have an issue when transferring calls coming from an external line to an internal line:

Ex.: 

Phone No: 010xxx

The external extension (SIP): 7xxx

Internal Line: 5xxx

When receiving the call on 7xxx can transfer to any external extension but I can't transfer to any internal extension.

CUCM Ver.: 12.5

The issue has been resolved:

  1. Found out that CSS for 89xx extensions doesn’t include the partition of 32xx extensions.
  2. Added the partition of 32xx to 89xx CSS, which resolved the issue.

What really happens when you transfer? Is this behaviour same when transferring calls to all internal extension or its specific with 5533?
