Hi voice gigs .
I have an issue with accessing the log central in rtmt as I need to collect the traces and view the quality reports.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall the RTMT and tried totally on a different pc but didn't got any success .
I am thinking may be there are other pc where the rtmt may be logged in .
please help me out from this.

when I tried to start the collect file option (by double clicking) nothing happens it is not showing up the other windows as it should be doing to collect the traces .
I did restarted the pc and used other pc , uninstalled the rtmt and reinstalled .
nothing is fixing it .

What version of RTMT and what version of Java?

RTMT isn't going to care who else is logged in. What symptoms are you seeing?
