Cannot login to OS admin page

So here is another interesting issue. I have a server group that I only use for testing. Currently I can login to the publisher's OS admin page just fine, but I can't login to the subscriber's OS admin page using the same account. I can login to the CM Admin page on the Subscriber just fine, but I always get an authentication failed error on the OS admin page. This shouldn't happen because the account is the same on the pub and the sub, so if I can get into the OS admin page on the publisher then it should work on the subscriber. If I fire up the real time monitoring tool I can see the error messages. Under "application logs", the App ID is Tomcat, which I assume is the case because I am logging into the web interface. Any ideas?

Hi Robert,

when you say you are unable to login to the OS Admin page of the Sub,while you can login to the OS Admin page of the PUB without any issues using the same user id and password.

Wanted to findout if you are able to login to SUB via SSH? it should be the same userid and pwd that you login to the OS page right ?

Can you try resetting the OS admin password and try logging in again? You will need physical access to the server to change the OSadmin password.

Check the following link to help you reset the password
