We are running CUCM 11.0. When we select Disaster Recovery from the Navigation drop down and select Go, we get the Cisco Unified Reporting page. We were able to access the Disaster Recover page last week but now cannot. What do we need to do here?

Can you check if your IPSec certificates are still valid or not. In case, they are expired then regenerate them followed by the restart of Cisco DRF Master and Cisco DRF Local

How do we check the certificates?

Navigate to Cisco Unified OS Administration >> Security >> Certificate Managementand look for the IpSec and IPSe trust certificate, click on IPSec certificate and check Validity From/To. In case if it is expired ,then click on Regenerate followed by restart of services.

In that case, just go ahead and restart the DRF servies. Also let me know if you are able to see the Disaster Recovery System in the dropdown and able to click on that. In case, you are able to see that but nothing happens when you click on it then also let me know. If you can provide a screenshot of the problem than would be great.
In case, if you have more than one CM servers in the cluster then try to open it from subscribers as well and see what is the behavior.

We restarted the DRF services and still cannot access the Disaster Recovery System from the Publisher. The dropdown shows the Disaster Recovery System option. However, we were able to access the Disaster Recovery System from the Subscriber1. Below are screen shots, first from the Publisher and second from the Subscriber:

The dropdown shows the Disaster Recovery System option
So what happens when you click on the DRS option?? Also can you try restarting the CM Publisher server just in case you have not and also go to Cisco Unified Serviceability >> Tools >> Service Activation and choose the Publisher CM and make sure all the required services are activated

When we click on the DRS option, the Cisco Unified Reporting login screen is displayed (see screen shot above).
Everything from the Servicability side looks fine.
We will try to restart the Publisher later tonight.
