Hi,
Right now i faced issue on my pabx system, so when people wanna try to call to our PSTN number (SIP TRUNK NUMBER) from othe PSTN number its perfectly fine, but when people try it from GSM number or cellular number the call cannot be done, the error reasons is "The number youn trying to call is not available, please try again later". So i thought its the GSM provider or my SIP TRUNK provider who's having issue, but when i escalated to they, they say that from their network its fine and normal.
I already try to test call bypass to my SIP TRUNK provider modem and everythings its fine, but when i rollback to my CUCM the issue still there.
Please help its mean a lot.
Thanks.

Hi @nabil234 ,
Do you have a Voice gateway between your provider and the CUCM?
Can you please elaborate the non-working call flow?
Please let us know
Regards
Carlo

The SIP dialog and SDP would also be useful to see here. Please annotate (or redact/substitute) IP addresses and calling/called numbers in the debug output.
