Hi all,
I have configured a cisco 7911 with the following configurations:
ephone-dn 40 dual-line
number 999 no-reg both
label Faith_Test 999
name Faith_Test
corlist incoming In000-002-98
huntstop channel
ephone 40
device-security-mode none
mac-address 1111.2222.3333
username "Faith_Test" password Cisco
type 7911
button 1:40
Problem is that when i am talking on the phone then there is a second incoming call, i cannot see the caller ID hence i cannot call back. is it possible to fix this error?

Faith,
In your ephone-dn config
!
ephone-dn 40 dual-line
number 999 no-reg both
label Faith_Test 999
name Faith_Test
corlist incoming In000-002-98
huntstop channel
!
huntstop channel
This should mean that if this line/DN is in use then any futher calls to this number should receive busy tone
If you want to have call waiting then you need to remove the huntstop.
!
ephone-dn 40 dual-line
no huntstop channel
!
Now if the line/DN is in use a second caller should hear ring tone and the phone user should hear a bleep
every few seconds indicating that a new caller is waiting.
Regards,
Alex.
