hello
i have issue . i cant dial to any toll free number for example : 800XXXXXXXX ...
BTW . it was working but now it doesn't
This is my route patterns : 9.8!
so how can i know where is the issue ?

Depending on your call flow review debugs and/or traces to find the disconnect cause and then adjust the configuration as needed.

Start by using the dialed number analyzer in cucm to simulate the number being dialed, so you can verify if the correct dial pattern is getting hit. If it is, get onto your PSTN gateway and run a debug to see if the call is going out (debug ccsip message or debug isdn q931). see what is getting called and if necessary call the provider to see why its denied if you are sending the call out
