There is no ephone-dn for this number 2517295 on your PSTN router and therefore the call is failing. Change the DN in below configuration to 2517295 and it should work then
ephone-dn 11 dual-line
number 2012517295
label US Mobile 2012517295
translation-profile outgoing ToUSNoHQ

Disconnect is coming from Telco, check with them why they are not accepting the number. Is it happening with all the 7 digit calls that you dial. In case you have multiple sites, try calling from other phones as well

Are you able to dial "2517295" from mobile/PSTN phone ?
In unsuccessful call you are getting DISCONNECT message from service provider side so you can ask your service provider why they are sending disconnect message.
Or you may try to change PLAN & TYPE to unknown - unknown once.

Hi Deepak and Suresh ,
I am just testing this things no service provider and all . And by dialing "2517295" getting reoder tone Even this time i din get any output trace .
If it rejects call it should reject 9911 also right only that one working others not working .
Any solution for this?

First of all if one number is working that does not give the guarantee the other will also work specially if the dialing pattern is not same. You are comparing 7 digit dialing with 3, in case of 911 the plan and type is Unknown. Try changing that for 7 digit dialing as well and see if it works.
Also did you try calling it from Cell Phone as Suresh suggested

Hi Deepak, I am using Cipc's for this testing , This is a lab scenario . Following route pattern and translation pattern am using for this outbound calls .
Route Pattern: \+!
Translation Pattern :9011.!#
91.[2-9]XX[2-9]XXXXXX
9.[2-9]XXXXXX
9.911
Why am getting this error Cause i = 0x8281 - Unallocated/unassigned number
when I get this kind error what check list I should follow .

Oh I see so you are simulating this in a lab environment. Can you provide show run from the router that is working as PSTN. Does it have the required dial-peers to accept 7 digits and then ring one of the lines configured on PSTN phone. It definitely looks to be a configuration issue in the PSTN router that 7 digit dialing is not working, check the config again

Suresh, simply make a list of the numbers that will exist on the PSTN Phone based on the number which will be sent from the gateway to PSTN and configure them with the exact number on the ephone-dn level you want such as 2517295 in this case.
