Problem with conference

Hello.

We have CUCM v9.1.2 and phones 9951, 9971. When we tried to organize conference on 9971 (this phone with CKEM module), conference softkey not appeared. Algoritm of our actions:

1. We call from 9971 to second phone

2. Than push to conference button (button with man body), than call to third phone with CKEM Speed dial button

3. After that conference softkey did not appeared on display

Other algoritm of actions:

1. We call from 9971 to second phone

2. Than push to conference button (button with man body), than call to third phone with manual push digits

3. After that conference softkey appeared on display

This problem is appeared on 9951 phones with CKEM too. On phone config on CUCM I did not find Softkey Template field. (I cheked CUCM v8 and v10, and this versions of CUCM have softkey template field on Phone configs). Can you help me?

I cheked Device > Device Settings > Softkey Template and Standard User Template used as default.

I do mistakes when typing - not button with man body . Correct version button with three man body

Problem resolved after upgrade the software of Phones to latest version.

also have you added conference resources to your phone;s Media resource group?

I added MRGL to device pool. This device pool used on phone config.
