Wondering if anyone has customized the CCM End User web page on the Linux appliance based CUCM. This customization is beyond what can be done within Enterprise Parameters. Two issues that I'm trying to address for customer that might be able to be accomplished through End User page customization:
1. Mobility page has too many "admin" options for users to modify within CCM End User. Customer would like to have end user be able to set/update their Mobility destination number and set/update their schedule and nothing else. No need to give users access to modify timers or associations.
2. Speed dials setup/update.
a. If user has multiple devices associated: UDP, CSF, Mobility, Phone, it's very confusing to the end user which device they need to select to set/update speed dials.
b. Speed dials do not get set/updated across devices. Set a speed dial on the phone, it does not propagate to other devices such as UDP or another phone.
Once again looking for either another partner or company that is Cisco approved that has done customization to the End User web page.
Thanks,
Dan

Dan,
Did you find a way to customize the end user page so not to allow access to the Mobility timers?
Thanks

We started to develop a website but the customer decided that it wasn't an issue anymore.

Keep in mind that CUCM 9 offers brand new redesigned ccmuser portal, that can be customized to some extend, might be work looking into.
