Hello,

how do I enable a normal ccm end user to update his BLF SD over CCM End User WebUI?

Updating SD works.

CUCM 9.1

CP-8851 with 1 BEKEM

Unfortunately ASAIK you cannot, Cisco for no good reason has not allowed ability for end users to adjust BLFs via self care portal, only traditional speed dials.

Unified CM Speed Dial Presence

Unified CM supports the ability for a speed dial to have presence  capabilities by means of a busy lamp field (BLF) speed dial. BLF speed  dials work as both a speed dial and a presence indicator. However, only  the system administrator can configure a BLF speed dial; a system user  is not allowed to configure a BLF speed dial.
