CCM Upgrade version 7.1.5.34900-7

Dear Support,

After upgrde the CCM version to 7.1.5.34900-7 we have problem i.e TL and Managers having shared phone lines with their secretaries. If the manager attending a call meantime someone call on second line the secretary will knows her boss is on other line but now she couldn’t see the primary line is busy.

So please advice.

Make sure privacy is turned off on the shared lines to see who the manager is talking to.

If this is not what you are looking for please elaborate on your issue as I am not sure exactly what you are seeing and perhas tell us what version you upgraded from and how it worked before.
