CCX 12.5 - Increase Queue size whilst callers in the queue

Hello

Does anyone know if the queue size of a Contact Centre Application can be increased in size when the queue is full?

We're thinking that after the change has been made the application would need to be refreshed but are concerned that the queue will be flushed.  Does anybody have any experience of this ?

Hi Simon,

Updating/refereshing the application, does not disconnect/flush any call.

Please let me know if you need further info.
