CDR 10021 There are no matching records

Hi,

I am getting the CDR error  like below 

10021 There are no matching records

Verified under service parameters  , cdr flag enabled True

 

Please help

CUCM 11.5

You must enable CDR on each cluster node that is running the CallManager service; that Service Parameter is not cluster-wide.

yes enabled on both node . I have only both node

Is CAR loading the CDR flat files generated by CCM?

 


How to verify this ?

 

CDR load is enabled ,under scheduler daily weekly monthly  are set 

 

 

This is what i got  in event log 

Jobs : CDR Load
Status: Complete;In Progress;Interrupted;Unsuccessful;Scheduled
From Time: Jul 1, 2020 00:00:00    To Time: Jul 6, 2020 10:29:39

Did you got it fixed? I am having same issue after the Call manager is upgraded to 12.5.1 SU8a from 11.5.1 SU7.

Rebooted the publisher and checked the CDR enabled flag on all servers and restarted the related CDR services

it was certificate issue for me
