If you read the bug notes, It doesn't work if you are using SIP endpoints (this includes any model of phone that you register with SIP).
If you use older phone models, or any phone that uses SCCP to register, then it will work.

hi
In your CDR load settings in CAR, uncheck 'CDR only' - this allows CMRs to be loaded also. It's the worst named checkbox in Cisco history... 'enable CMR' would have been better.
Bear in mind that you will still see null for some source/destinations, e.g. some types of gateway.

Dear Aaron,
Thanks for your prompt response,
After unchecking CDR , still we are facing the same issue. It's not getting updated.

Hi Siva,
Is the call going out via a SIP trunk?
If it is so, then the calls would not have the CMR data unless the SIP BYE message has the details like "packets received" and "packets sent" which only few providers support.

Dear Hitesh,
Calls are going through H.323 Gateways. We are not using any SIP Trunk in our deployment.

Hello,
If your originating device is a SIP endpoint, there is a bug for this that CMR information is not being updated accurately.
CSCub07733
https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCub07733/?referring_site=bugquickviewredir
No workaround or known fixed release has been provided on that bug at this time.
SCCP endpoints are not affected by this bug.
