We are running UCM 6.1. Recently I pulled a CDR report for a department. I only see outgoing calls on the report. Is there a way to configure CDR to generate reports for incoming calls too? Thanks,

Hi,
You can get it from here:
User Reports > Top N > By Charge or by duration
then it will be the " incoming " part of your report which represent Inbound calls that originate outside the Cisco Unified Communications Manager network and enter the Cisco Unified Communications Manager network through a gateway.

CDR logs all calls, you cannot configure it for only inbound or only outbound
