CFA over SIP only audio

Hi

i have an issue 

i have CUCM 11.5, R2901 and 7811 ip phone

when i configure CFA to external phone number (SIP Provider) and place call from external phone the call is connecting but no audio

but when place call fron internal phone the call work well

can you help me

can you do a call trace of such a failing call and add to the case, I am guessing this is eiiither a codec mismatch or a routing issue.
