Dear Folks,
I have a requirement to configure two helpdesk phone numbers with their IVR extn number for outgoing calls.
Below is the present config:
Extn_1: 4001 - Internal PT & Internal CSS
Extn_2: 4002 - Internal PT & Internal CSS
IVR(CTI RP)to Unity Extn: 9696 with existing Translation Patterns for two Time Periods
CUCM: 10.5.2
Appreciate your help to configure a simplest method to ensure all outgoing calls from both extn are masked/translated to 9696
