I am using IP's in the CUCM Server's and I plan on changing it to FQDN. If I keep the TFTP OPTION 150 as IP addressed will there be an issue for the phones? The device pool mwill include the CM Group as FQDN servers so will there be a problem if the phone cannot resolve FQDN? I noticed MRA phones use the local user DNS settings.

TFTP option 150 can remain as IP address. That is recommended. But your phones must have valid DNS to resolve the CUCM FQDN. Please refer to this document on how to do this.
