Change Display name in "UnityConnection" user in UC 8.6

Is it possible to change the display name of UnityConnection  user in UC 8.6?

Are you referring to specific users?  Is the system integrated with LDAP?

Unity connection has a local user named "UnityConnection".I need to change the dispaly name of the user.yes it is integrated LDAP.

You may have seen this in documentation, but apparently this is not configurable:

Unity Connection Messaging System

This account acts as a surrogate sender for messages from unidentified callers. Thus, user messages from unidentified callers are identified as coming from the Unity Connection Messaging System mailbox (UnityConnection@).

The alias for this account is UnityConnection. This account can be viewed in Cisco Unity Connection Administration, but cannot be modified or deleted.

While the name is not editable in Unity Connection, you can create an Exchange mailbox called unityconnection@ and give it the Display Name you'd like to see.  Your users will now see that new name instead of the default "Unity Connection Messaging" name.
