We have a call agent who's AgentID/peripheralnumber was accidentally changed to a supervisors. We have changed it back, deleted the agent account and re-added it with a new peripheral ID, but the agent keeps getting the supervisor desktop view when logging in. Anyone ever seen anything like that before?

After changing the Agent ID or peripheral number you need to cycle the PG.
