Does anyone know where the PCA URL is configured in Unity? I would like to change it and I think I have been through every configurable area and cannot find it. I also could not find the setting in any of the documentation.
Many thanks!

Hi there,
You can find the configured Hostname via;
From the Cisco Unified Communications Operating System Administration window, navigate to Settings > IP > Ethernet.
The Ethernet Settings window displays.For a description of the fields on the Ethernet Settings window, see Table 4-1.
Cheers!

Hi
Which bit are you trying to change? If you are talking the hostname/FQDN part, maybe... if you want to change the relative part of the URL after the FQDN/hostname it's probably not possible.

Thanks for the reply Aaron. I will back up a bit to explain better. When users go to https://hostname/ciscopca they aew able to login, but when they click the Web Inbox link, the get "the website cannot be displayed" error where the messages should be listed. If the navigate to https://ipnumber/ciscopca, all works fine. The host name used to work, but I'm not sure when it actually broke. It seems there is a resolving problem, so I wanted to check the configuration to see what Unity had listed as the hostname, but could not find this setting anywhere.
Thansk again!
