Hi Everyone,
After adding an intercom to an existing phone on publisher, apply config and reset was completed - however this intercom line is not reflecting on Cisco 7962 phone line 5 where it was added. Please suggest
CUCM version - 7.1.5.33900-10

What is the phone button template configured on the phone? Is it the default two-line DN template?

Hi Aokanlawon,
This issue has been resolved, the problem was - incorrect phone mac address was defined under the ' the intercom directory number
