Changing Caller ID Name

I work for a school where we have many Cisco CP-8841 phones all around our building.  We have had quite a few administrative changes and I need to know how to change the Caller ID name that shows up with you call extension to extension as these Caller ID names popping up no longer work for our school.  Please help!

You need to change it from Line.

GO to device>Phone> find your phone . Select  the line(left side). And you can make changes.
