Changing CallManager’s IP Addresses

Is this article correct in the procedure I need to follow to re-ip my CUCM cluster, sounds like I re-ip SUBs then PUB?  Do I have to reboot whole cluster after each SUB re-ip?  When I make the set network cluster publisher does that node reboot?  Thanks
