Hello Guys,
We have integrated CUCM 12.5 with IM and Presence 12.5.
Customer does not have DNS or AD Server, so we have not Configured cup_ login or cisco_uds records. We have created local end users in CUCM and assigned required roles to users.
We are manually putting IM and Presence Server IP address in Jabber Advance Configuration while logging in.
Users are able to log in into Jabber. They are even able to make audio/video calls to each other.
But Chat Option is not available. They can't see chat icon when they search user they want to chat.
Can someone please help

If I recall with older versions of jabber you can add the IP's on advance settings and it works. with the newer versions you need to add UDS records.

Are they full UC? Sounds like they're softphone only users.
What does the PRT say on the login?

Hello Sir,
I have configured only CSF Profile for users.
What else is required when you say full UC users.
I didn't check PRT logs. Will check tomorrow.

They are full UC Users.
This is how it looks when I search user. No Chat Icon.
Jabber Version : 12.7
CUCM and IMP Version : 12.5.1.10000-22
