Hi, we are integrating some thord vendor contact centers , with IVR´s with cisco, everithing over sip trunks, we are facing a problem with something called tromboning, didnt hear it before...http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-tromboning the thing is, we need to activate "mtp required" and with one integration we are not able to use any anti-tromboning tool, so the call keeps sucking mtp resource on its path, we end up with 5 or 6 mtps sessions up in the gateway for every call, we configured the enviroment in a lab, with very little calls and worked fine.
how can i check the MTP sessions aviable in a gateway?, we have 256 DSP in every gateway and we have 2 gateways, so i want to check how are the gateis doing when we go into production
