HI Guys, Can i ask your help about our phone issues. All calls are getting choppy at some point during conversation. This happens on all offnet call. I did show call active voice brief and saw jitter and latency. I already check network and found no trouble at all. Can anyone tell me what possible cause of this and how can i rectofy it? Thanks in advance!

When quality suffers, press ? twice on phone, look at packet loss statistic.
If any packet loss shows, then it's network fault.

Where are your phone in relation to your Gateway? does your RTP go across the WAN for Off Net calls?
Have you checked QoS and it policy usage?
when you say you checked the network, what exactly did you check?

These aere all offnet. Items Here are what i checked on the network side
-no overutilization on the lan interfaces
-qos are applied on all trunks and access ports
-no packet drops on my ping test from router to access switches
-these all goes to PSTN line so no need for policy map on the wan link
-telco also said that there is no issue on their end for the pri circuits

Have you run the "show controller t1" and "show interface serial" commands on the PRI? This may give some useful information.
