CIPC 2.1 Issues with CUCM 8.5

Hi All,

Can anyone let me know is the CIPC 2.1 is compatable with 8.5 CUCM?? I am having issues with the registration.. The status msg says.. "TFTP Timeout"

Looks like a TFTP problem

Could you try the new CIPC 8.x?

I am wondering, I have some other users with the same version of the CIPC which are working.. Do you have any compatibility matrix for the CUCM 8.5 doc?

    Try to Download the configuration file from tftp on client machine?

Seems like it was a network issue.. It got registered with the CUCM..
