How do I shorten the number of rings before the call minder answer machine kicks in. The phone set does not offer that option in the preferences menu. Thanks
If you are using CUCM, go to the Directory Number configuration page and look for the field "No Answer Ring Duration (seconds)". That field determines the number of seconds a DN will ring before the Ring No Answer behavior kicks in.
