Hello,
I know that some recent Cisco IP Phone models, such as Cisco 6921, have two loads: an active load and an inactive load.
What is the procedure to revert to the inactive load? I can't find it anywhere...
TIA and regards.

Hi Raziel,
GUI Changes
A new area in the Device Defaults Configuration (Device > Device Settings) window allows you to monitor and change the Dual Bank Information (for dual-banked firmware capable devices only).
Table 8 describes the fields in the Dual Bank Information area.
In the Dual Bank Information area in the Device Defaults Configuration (Device > Device Settings) window, there is a new Swap Loads icon. Administrators can override the default installation of new firmware as the Active load by using the Switch Loads operation prior to execution of the Apply Config. This will move the new firmware load to the Inactive load setting restoring the previous Active load setting.

Hello
I got a CUCM verison
8.0.2.40000-1 with several 6921 ip phones.
But I can´t see the field "Dual Bank" in (Device > Device Settings) .
Is normal? what version has this option?
Thanks

Hello Rob,
as stated by amendozar, Cisco 6921s don't have that option in "Device Defaults".
Furthermore, even if it was present, it couldn't solve this scenario: after an upgrade from load A to B. phones isn't working anymore (it's not reachable via IP), due to a bug on load B; how can I revert to load A?
Regards.

try to factory reset from ip phone.
settings> admin settigns > reset settings > all
or
try to put the load A into the ip phone config in CUCM and restart.
in the field ""
