Cisco 6921 IP phone Display name

Dears,

I have a Cisco 6921 phone I registered it with CME 8.6 normally and this can display the username on it.

But when I registered it with Cisco CM 9.1 the display name didn't display on the screen.

Please any ideas for this issue,

You can use the Line Text Label field to set a short text label; however, you cannot set text in the upper-right corner or replace Your current options in CUCM. The upper-right corner is the External Phone Number Mask.
