Hi,
I have few Cisco 6921 phone models. In which the phones are getting hanged. The users are not able to press any keys and not able to dial anything. I have done factory reset also but it didnt worked. The only way left is plug in and plug out to make it running. I need some solution on this. Can anyone help me this.

Hi Rob,
The Firmware version is SCCP6921.9-2-1-0.
Is there is any resolution for this?
