I've searched google for it, and now I turn to the Cisco support forums in search of a replacement part for the handset hook. The hook that holds the handset in place on our 6961 phones is getting broken or lost. I can't seem to find a Cisco part to replace the hook when it's lost or broken and it seems like a shame to have to buy another phone just to replace that little plastic part. Does anyone know if a replacement handset hook exists? It's the little tab you can flip around on the receiver to hold the handset against the phone. Thanks in advance for any help!

Reach out to your Cisco AM; they can ask the Product Manager about options. I have heard rumors of other non-existant parts (e.g. stickers for 7900 phones) being available from manufacturing in bulk quantities.

I don't think you can replace that, in fact, most of the times for any kind of broken phone part, you have to RMA the whole phone.

I reached out to my Cisco account team, and they put me in touch with a product specialist. The specialist was able to get a bag of 50 handset hooks shipped to me.
