I'm a telecom admin and I've been switching back and forth with 56x headset and a 730.
I had the 730 working a couple of weeks ago, but now, even though I select it I can't hear or be heard.
It sounds like there's a phone app (that I've never used) to manage the headset, when I go to install it on my phone it says the software is meant for an older version.
I have a Cisco dongle and it seems like it pairs, but not positive...
It seems there is no way to manage this 730 headset
When I attached my 56x and after updating Jabber the 56x works fine.
Can someone point me in the direction of getting this resolved?
Any help would be appreciated

Hi,
Try to go to https://upgrade.cisco.com/accessories (Using Chrome or Edge) with your 730 headset connected through USB and you should be able to upgrade it and than pair it through bluetooth to be used with Jabber.
