Hello,
Is there any document or information that you can share about CUCME support for new Cisco 7800 series phones? Is it supported at the moment, or when will it be committed to?

Did anyone confirm MOH is working as well with the 7800 series phones? Or is this not supported at this time?

According to the data sheet, MOH is a supported feature.

Kelli,
Since there has been definite confusion around CME and the new 7800 and 8800 series phones. I want to know if someone can confirm that MOH is working with these phones as I have an engineer who is running into this issue. Thank you.

moh is supported with 8831 and 78xx phone types

Hi Mili,
I can register 7821 ip phone with CME 10.0 , I can transfer, put Moh, and make conference by software
but I can´t see the corporate directory, when I push directory button an error mesage is displayed (XML Error [4]:parse error)
see attach file.
Also I can't pickup call , those two features are supported in this ip phone model with CME 10. ?
any option of Locale file for this model

please enable ip http server on your cme router.
I had the same error message but got solved when i enabled ip http server on my cme

Hi,
I tried to register my 7821 phones on a 2901 router, using IOS 15.4(2)T and Fast Track, but without success.... Could anyone send me a complete configuration example ?

Do any one having working configuration for 7821. Mine got registered but not able to pick calls using handset and speaker button , is able via softkey only.

Hi Mili,
As per your statement here, "78xx phone are supported with SRST 8.6 and above" I tried to configure a 78xx on CME 8.6 but even on the latest version of 15.1.4 M 10 I do not see the option available for a "voice register pool-type". Just wished to know if the above statement of your's still stand true?

what IOS router do you have ? 78xx Phones are supported on CME
