Hi All
I have a CUCM 10.5.2.10000-5 and i'm trying to add a 7811 ip hone, but in the listing devices the 7811 does not appear, i was installed le package cmterm-78xx.10-3-1-12.k3.cop.sgn, but the result was the same

That should do. I'm running a slightly earlier version of the 10.5(2) device pack and I've got 7811 support.
Remember, Device Packs require a cluster reboot for new phone support to take effect.

You need a device pack to add support for a new handset type. The cmterm-78xx pack is just the firmware. The device pack adds the new model to the database. (Plus has a bundle of firmwares too)
