cisco 7821/41 with 3350

Is there any limitation for cisco 7821/41 with 3350? power ?

7821s use IEEE 802.3af POE , the 3550 doesn't support this it was out before that type of POE was introduced
Are you having an issue getting them to come online in POE in the 3550 , you could use a power adapter instead

Yes thats the issue irregular power draw making it unstable , if you use a power adapter take the power off the switch then
Phones too new for the older switch and is not backward compatible
