Cisco 7821 with CUCME 11.0 no call history shown

Hello

Actually i have 20 7821 SIP phone registered with Cisco2911 with IOS "c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.156-2.T.bin" (CUCM v11) and phone firmware "SIP78xx.11-0-1-11" on all 7821 phones, everything is ok but i can not see the call history and missed calls on phones

when i call from phone to phone or from outside to phone , nothing show on the phone and also can not check it when i use the "Application--> Recents"

does anybody have same issue?

Please check the CME compatibility matrix for 7821 and also 7821 running firmware version 11-0-1-11 recent call history won't work.

Symptom:
Recents option under Settings will not work. Recent calls will not be accessible.

Conditions:
78xx phone running firmware 11-0-1-11

Workaround:
Downgrade to 10-3-1-12
