Hi,
When I make a call to external number using FAC on IP Phone 7841 , after I typed the FAC coed appear " ****** ", phone goes to a blank screen for about 4 seconds , and the call works perfect. As the phone screen is blank the customer stay in doubt it is working or not (but works).
I Just would like to know if somebody already saw this behavior before and have a suspect about what could be causing this ?
