Cisco 7861 - Inactive Load Failure Reason No Tftp server set

Hello community ,

i have an issue with softkey in my cp7861 phone (pickup key not showing up), i want to update the firmware of the phone because I have doubts of the actual firmware after i install the new firmware and try to reset the phone an error message showing Inactive Load Failure Reason No Tftp server set.

Have you defined option 150 in your DHCP scope to point to the node where you run the TFTP services? As you wrote that you have no subscriber it would be the publisher.
