Cisco 78xx phones on UC560

I have a Cisco UC560 and I would like to register 78xx phones with this.

Please find the attached hardware, IOS & CME information below and suggest..

Looks like they are not supported even on the latest version

Is it not possible to upgrade IOS on this device? So that CME version will also get upgraded??

You may also let me know whether device package can be upgraded on this one??

Unfortunately none of this will help, 7821 will not work with uc560.
