I have configured hardware transcoder on cisco IOS gateway. their are two voice cards with dsp services dspfarm ,how to increase maximum sessions inn a dspfarm transcoder profile?currently it is showing 1-28.When I am trying to run command dspfarm transcode maximum sessions, it is not taking this command.

Run the below command once you are in the dspfarm profile for transcoder
maximum sessions <Number of sessions>

If you have already configured the maximum sessions for the transcoder profile and need to change it, then you will have to shutdown the profile first and then only it will allow you to make the changes.

Do a no shut for the profile after you have changed the maximum sessions.

In addition to correct answer from Abhay (+5), you can use "maximum sessions ?" to see what is the max you will be allowed to enter based on what is loaded in the router and already allocated.
