Hello everyone,
I'm having an issue with a cisco 7911 ip phone. It´s showing the "Configuring IP" error message. If I take a look on the CUCM (10) under Device/Phone/Status: "Rejected".
This is an IP phone of a branch of a bank. The thing is that all the other 7911s are registering without any problems. This is only happening to this 7911.
We did a hard-reset to the ip phone but with no success. I can still see "Rejected" under Status.
Could anybody give me a hand with this issue.

Hi Patricio,
A few things to check / try:
1. Delete any unassigned DN's using Route plan report
2. Try adding the IP phone manually in cucm , assign ip address manually
3. Check if you have sufficient licenses
