Hello,
I have Call Manager 4.1(3), we purchased used 7911 phones, I get the following message:
Registration : error DBConfig
Auto registration in Call Manager is disabled
I tried a factory reset on the phone that did not workl.
New phones work fine.
Any way to delete the config file on the phone ?

That is expected message if the phone is not configured in CUCM. Did you configure the phones in CUCM yet?

+5 to what Chris said, you need to add phone manually in CUCM, add mac-address and assign number.
