Cisco 7925g Connection failed

Hello ,,

After configuring VoWLAN as per the following document:

Voice over Wireless LAN 4.1 Design Guide

and adding a network profile on the 7925g wireless phone . I still get connection failed .

Hi,

Further to what Leo has said:

What model of the 7925G are you using specifically? eg. CP-7925G-A-K9, CP-7925G-W-K9, CP-7925G-E-K9 etc

What country is the phone being deployed into?

if it is a W model, the AP will need world mode configured on the Dot11Radio interface to register with the network.

int Dot11Radio1

world-mode dot11d country XX (both, indoor, outdoor)

It sounds like an identical issue I dealt with last week, and this solved the issue. Also check obviously the phone has the correct SSID (case sensitive) and password, as well as security mode.
