Hi all,
One of my client recently got a Cisco Conference phone 7937G. They have a Cisco UC560.
After configuring the UC and plugging in the phone into one of the switch ports, it comes up with message "Configuring CM List". It does't go past this screen.
The configuration of the phone given below:
ephone 2
device-security-mode none
mac-address 7081.053D.xxxx
ephone-template 16
max-calls-per-button 2
username "broom" password password
type 504G
button 1:588
ephone-dn 588 dual-line
number 7320 secondary xxxxxxxx no-reg primary
label Boardroom
description 7320
name Boardroom
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked the logs on the UC560 to see if there are any meaningful errors relating to the 7937G? If there is nothing there, then please disconnect the 7937G, run "Debug ephone register" on the UC560 and reconnect the Conference phone. Please post the output here so we can see what is happening.

Does the phone get an ip address? Is it in the correct vlan? Make sure the DHCP scope it is using has option 150 set to be your UC560. Make sure the switch port the phone is plugged into has a voice vlan defined. May need to set the switchport access vlan to be the same as the voice vlan if the phone is not picking up the correct vlan.
